Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Print on Demand Fulfillment
Please be aware that all physical items in our store are produced via Print on Demand through our fulfillment partner Gelato. Every product is custom-made specifically for you immediately after you place your order. We kindly ask you to review your order details and sizing carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Return Process and Shipping Costs
To start a return, you can contact us at info@abm-productions.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A.B.M. Productions, Andreas Brückmann, Lindenweg 9, 92289 Ursensollen, Germany. You are solely responsible for bearing all return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will generally not be accepted. However, this stipulation does not restrict your statutory warranty rights in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.

Damages, Issues, and Legal Warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain fully intact and are completely unaffected by our standard return policy.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Model Withdrawal Form
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the following wording and send it to us via email. I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods. Ordered on date / received on date. Name of consumer. Address of consumer. Date.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The return shipping costs will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@abm-productions.com.

Special Notice on the Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun the execution of the contract after the consumer expressly agreed that the trader begins the execution of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that through their consent they lose their right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract.
